Injured? Use your other body parts. If you can't run, lift weights with your arms. Can't use your shoulder, walk, stretch, etc.
Too much sugar? Start with just focusing on all those FREGGIES. Then focus on breakfast being hearty and filling...one step at a time.
Celebrate! If you are still involved then you are doing something right. :)

Congrats to all the winners this week.. keep up the great work, everyone! We are so close to the end, can you believe it?
AHHHHHH!!! I'm so excited!!! I kind of had a sucky week, been getting over an awesome cough that has been affecting my breathing for running/exercising in general!!! I am so pumped!!! I went for a run tonight with my belly sloshing all the food, but it felt great. Even running in my dorky construction worker reflective vest. Thank You!!! I am so excited!!! Oh wait-I said that. Thank you Amanda for doing this challenge! I am so glad I found out about it. Thank You!!!
Whoooo hoooo! I am so excited to see some of my hard work payed off! Thank you so much Amanda for everything you do. I have felt so much better about myself through the holidays this year than normal and the extra motivation came from this group.
